Call for Papers Second conference on Gender and career progression
The Bank of England, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the European Central Bank are organizing the second conference on Gender and career progression to be held on October 21, 2019 at the European Central Bank.1 Sessions will focus primarily on issues encountered by women in finance, economics, and central banks. We interested in conveying the full diversity of women’s experiences in the profession, including intersectionality with race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other dimensions.
Participants will be selected on the basis of papers or abstracts of about 500 words. The deadline for submissions is May 15, 2019. Authors chosen to present papers will be notified by June 28, 2019. Final drafts of the papers will be due on October 4, 2019.
